Honestly my direct reports were my. Favorite part of my job . They were smart hard working and caring . Also Hopin had good benefits and from the surface invest a lot in their employees in terms of benefits
Cons
My boss constantly micro managed me to the point when I could not do my job . Additionally I improved the bottom line substantially in my department and thought they would at least consider promoting me . I come to find out they hired someone externally who now micromanaged me more than ever . 1 month later i quit my job . I’m glad I made that decision because now I’m a Senior Director somewhere else and have a boss who values my work and have 8 direct reports cuz I’m the boss now working with a diverse and inclusive environment .
