Everyone is passionate about their jobs and genuinely care for the individuals in their care, The staff is very diverse and welcoming to every gender, sexuality, race, religion, etc.
Cons
There is no communication, management is so disorganized, and when things go wrong they're more prone to sweeping it under the rug than confront the issue
