Pros

Hope House Foundation is a great place to work. The company prioritizing the health of the people they support as well as they health of their employees. The people they supported in their own homes, allowing them to be as independent as they want to be. The people they support are very involved in their communities and are great advocators for themselves as well as others around them. The pay and benefits are great! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is passionate about individuals with disabilities being able to live the life they chose to live. The pay is great and the benefits is even better!

The cost of health insurance, but it seems to be high everywhere.
