Great salary, good leadership, friendly atmosphere and a lot of opportunity. family oriented. They are willing to train new people and re-assign you if needed. They really take care of their own.

They would benefit from having more diversity in their staff and congregation. They have a strongly defined culture. However, it leaves little room for diversity of thought, experience and understanding that can come from people of different backgrounds.
