Cons
Pay for the helpdesk is below the pay grade. The CIO is clueless, he is destroying the business. Multiple IT people have quit within a year. There is no work-life balance, they expect you to work on your days off. Leadership shows favoritism the benefits are terrible, the company seems to be going under.
