Clean facilities, average benefits, holiday bonus if you are lucky
Cons
Horrible management, lack of leadership skills, pay is awful for nurses and they change your schedules without even telling you about it. They say you get holiday pay but you really don’t it’s just somehow worked in to your pto. But then you barely earn enough pto to even take four days off a year after all “paid” holidays.
