Pros
great students and coworkers, good salary compared to other nearby universities, administration allows foreign faculty to design their program with few restrictions. The facilities have recently been updated.
Cons
The Jochiwon campus is in the middle of nowhere, and the only pay increases over many years have come from the union's efforts. They don't provide teachers with their own office computers, and the wi-fi can be terrible in the teachers' offices.
