Cons
No internal promotion at all, even for those who are qualified and ready. The company is so averse to spending money that your career can stall here when you first start out.
My skip level doesn’t seem to actually know what I do on a day to day basis.
The leadership structure is constantly changing to the point where I don’t even pay attention to the announcement emails anymore.
