None. Absolutely none. Headless chickens in there. No one knows what they’re actually doing!
Cons
The main senior mgt have zero people skills. It is shocking how some of these people have the positions they have. Aside from mgt and those senior in the US (which are always great to deal with in comparison) Most people in Dublin are just put on PIPs by certain mgrs if you have a difference of opinion, it is used as a weapon against folk. Sadly this is just a sign of weak mgt which cannot be sustained in the long term. These mgrs are just a liability to the company and its name.
