Horrible corporate culture almost anti employee.

Very political.
Many older people hanging around to retire.
HR totally side with management - managers seem to be able to get away with unethical behavior.
Outdated tools and processes.
A culture of BS forced upon its smart employees with respect keeping up an image to wall street.
Company runs on quarterly basis to look good financially, which exacerbates poor coordination between projects.
Lack of innovation.
Is seen as a step down in the industry - now I see why.
