Pros

Honeywell provides a fantastic platform for interns to work on high-impact, real-world Generative AI applications. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack, including LangGraph, Llama-3, and advanced RAG pipelines. Unlike many other companies, interns here get ownership of complex tasks like multi-agent architecture design and domain-specific LLM fine-tuning. The mentorship in the Bangalore office is top-notch, and the focus on engineering excellence is very motivating.

Cons

The industrial domains (like HVAC and Fire Safety) are highly specialized and complex, which leads to a very steep learning curve during the first few weeks.

Pros

Dedicated professionals to allocate responsibilities; clear learning objectives; opportunities to assist engineers in the field.

Cons

Upper-tier management is a bit disorganized. Nobody seems to know what was promised in our contracts. Our scope is a bit vague sometimes.

Pros

Interesting product offerings, learning both global and domestic industry, ability to climb the ladder and have career growth if you work hard. Great people within the business.

Cons

Honeywell corporate culture is very negative. They don't really care about employees, and many executive level managers will ask for things that require late night and weekend work. There is very little work life balance, and no cross training so you still may be contacted or expected to pitch in while you are on vacation.
