      Great benefits, decent PTO, work from home

      Cons

      Management is very hit or miss, tasks are boring lack of work variety, promotions can be slow. Supervisors will make or break you, had a sup who micro managed me to the extreme, made life/work miserable and did not support or assist in anyway.

      Decent pay and free snacks

      Cons

      Inadequate training( you're placed on phones from day 1), toxic culture (I'm positive my trainers were gaslighting me to quit), zero support when you need it (and you'll always need it and NO ONE available). Micro-managed to the point where all of your breaks are scheduled to the minute and if you go over, you're "out of compliance". And you'll be out of compliance on EVERYTHING. It's why they only use staffing agencies and have higher than normal turnovers.
