Pros

The environment is really well organized and the supervisors and managers are trained to see everyone as equals. There is respect and kindness given to all employees regardless of the position. There is no toxic work culture and people are reliable working as a customer support representative.

Cons

The only downside is that although people are helpful and supportive, because we are semi-short staffed, training on new material is often overlooked. Videos are given to us but they're not as helpful as 1 on 1 training on the work. But that doesn't mean they aren't helpful. I've been able to do it through asking and having the work shown to me by someone who's done the tasks and have been able to progress.

Decent pay and free snacks

Cons

Inadequate training( you're placed on phones from day 1), toxic culture (I'm positive my trainers were gaslighting me to quit), zero support when you need it (and you'll always need it and NO ONE available). Micro-managed to the point where all of your breaks are scheduled to the minute and if you go over, you're "out of compliance". And you'll be out of compliance on EVERYTHING. It's why they only use staffing agencies and have higher than normal turnovers.
