No onboarding or proper job handover – I was thrown into work blindly from day one. Unprofessional behavior: I was asked to shave my head for no reason, which felt degrading and humiliating. Extreme working hours: Over 13 hours per day with no appreciation, breaks, or basic support. Sudden termination: Let go without explanation, notice, or offboarding. No documents, no clarification. Retaliation for speaking out: After sharing my personal experience respectfully online, I received multiple anonymous phone calls accusing me of causing a financial loss, owing money, and threatening to withhold my salary or take legal action, despite having received no official communication or evidence. Psychological harm: The pressure, disrespect, and disorganization created an unsafe and unstable mental environment.
