The pay is low but again it's a part-time on campus job for college students

Flexible time, you only need to work 2 nights per week. You are allowed to pick them. Other time, you are allowed to just walk in and help people.

The new policy requires people to work at least 5 nights per quarter even if you are on the substitution list. I was very busy for a quarter, therefore, I barely had time to work for them. Although, the let me pass for that quarter.
