Buyer's Remorse, False promises and low pay for more work than it's worth - Shift Supervisor Homes for the Homeless Employee Review

Pros

benefits in comparison with other security positions. Some people are cool

Cons

Management, Pay, Supervisors do the most work and get the most shafted, staff and managers can act like high scool children filled with petty concerns, scheduling is terrible for staff, mainly verbal training which is supposed to encompass all types of learning styles, directors don't recognize anything good you do she only contacts you if you do something wrong. I only work here because it's convenient and any grown person who isn't a dunce knows that it takes a while to get a new job. Other than that, I would never work at this company and facility ever again. Garbage experience that did little to nothing for me for the near 4 years I've been here. Just empty promises and all this work just to say that I did?

Pros

Lots of room for promotions, ability to learn new things, good co-workers

Cons

They still need to improve some of the employee salaries, although they offer a generous employer contribution into your retirement.
