8yThank you for this feedback. It's satisfying to know that the care our leadership takes with our people and the business is appreciated. The company is, indeed, a work in progress and that is a good thing. We are growing. We are investing and as a digital business, we must remain nimble and fast-moving to capture and stay ahead of our opportunities. That said, we do acknowledge that more work can be done in the areas of training and development. Several recent steps have been taken on this front. We've gathered ideas and feedback from a variety of stakeholders and we've set a plan in motion to improve our onboarding training for sales representatives. We've also aligned all of our training and development resources across our sales and service teams to ensure consistency and to increase bandwidth.
