Pros
The mission of the organization is somewhat cloudy and a moving target, but good work is being done overall that impacts the community positively. Really smart and dedicated staff.
Cons
Sloppy systems, sloppy management, and sloppy delivery of services. Central Florida deserves better than a management team that is constantly in flux while dancing around bad optics and a reputation for mediocre execution. Leadership is so interested in looking "woke" that they often do more harm than good in the name of being progressive. If you work here, you will constantly be haunted by the feeling that something is not quite right.
