- Software is fantastic and addresses the needs of retailers in the verticals HomeSource plays, better than any of the current competitors. - Product Management and R&D teams have a great process for delivering releases every 3 weeks with detailed notes on every release. - Flexible Work Schedule with two days in the office for employees near the Marlton, NJ office. - Lots of perks like free drinks and snacks in the office, free lunch in the office monthly to celebrate employee birthdays, free ice cream for the Mister Softee truck during the summer months, season tickets to the Flyers and Sixers games with raffles each month for employees to win tickets and parking. - Quarterly Happy Hours - The company is trying to do all the right things to make it the best place to work in the Philly area.

Peers are supportive and open. Office is convenient and nice.
