6yThanks for your review and sorry to hear that you think we have stopped caring about Customers but that couldn't be farther from the truth. Our Customers are absolutely our highest priority and that won't change. I also cannot agree with how you feel about Glassdoor reviews, the whole point of this site is to allow current and former employees to leave honest and anonymous (if they choose) reviews. And we actively encourage our People to do just that so we can continue to learn what we are doing well and where we can improve. Every single one is real. Thanks for your service over the last five years at HomeServe anyway and I wish you the best of luck in whatever you are doing next.
