Pros

-People within teams get on

Cons

-Double standards from mangement, alot of ‘favourites’ get away with stuff in front of management. However if your not a favourite you get picked up on it without hesitation. E.g in company policies and processes -Lack of communication between agents and management -Very low morale for alot of employees in general

It does sound from your comments as though you may have an issue with an individual manager? I’d suggest speaking to one of the Operations Managers about this, alternatively, please feel free to book in some time with me. Employee morale is something we really care about and is a priority for us. We have recently invested a significant amount of money to make the facilities at Banbury better and I have also been delivering action planning sessions to build upon the feedback we have already received. I’d really like the opportunity to talk to you about some of the things we perhaps haven’t gotten quite right, and how we can make this better. Please do book some time in for a one-to-one. Pros

Great exposure and a chance at a full time offer if you make the internship count.

Cons

Definitely a learning curve as with any company so you need to speak up and ask questions.
