Nope - Field Technician HomePro Employee Review

This place is a sheet show. Customer service is horrible. Job tickets are incomplete or wrong often causing technicians not qualified on the system installed to be assigned for service calls. Installations of security and home automation systems are sub par and there is ZERO accountability of holding installers to a standard. Company doesn't invest in it's employees with training. This company will trip over a dollar to pick up a dime.
