Pros
Great Pay for ASMs and Above, FT should be paid more. Benefits are great. The company as a whole tries to support the associates but the hard work and heavy lifting, endless lines, elbow to elbow in the store and demand on the truck schedules they should pay more. They do have open dialog with leadership and you can easily move up in the company. Everyone was taken care of during covid! And they have updated benefits to make them better. They have free mental health app support, they focus on I&D. Holidays they feed you all the time! They provide free snacks daily and water.
Cons
The pressure of endless truck schedule, you find yourself unloading loads of heavy boxes into the backroom if you couldn't get through a truck fast enough, it is very demanding on your body. PT and FT not paid enough for the hard work they do.
