The people put the human side first, which makes collaboration feel meaningful and the day-to-day enjoyable. There is real room to grow, take ownership, and do thoughtful, impactful design work with great tools to support it. The benefits package adds up too ( gym, transport, and bike covered.. etc) Overall a good place to grow as a designer, especially if autonomy, and ownership matter to you

On the flip side, salary is below market rate for Berlin

Good development of beginner and midlevel skills okay-ish money

No real seniors who behave like seniors No real technical leadership, A lot of Ego. Compensation is lacking when it comes to benefits and money. Competition offers more. Company was never profitable.
