Flexible, decently-paying tutoring work -- you set your own rates based on distance (you drive directly to the student's home) and students you're willing to teach, and are even sometimes given curriculum depending on the student. Online group tutoring jobs are also sometimes offered.

Students not always guaranteed especially when the school year is off. Obviously difficult to hold this job without a car. Some parents/charter school/homeschool admin staff are unfortunately not quite as communicative, which sometimes makes tutoring in line with what students are currently learning a challenge.

It has been fairly easy to tutor students online by using Zoom or Google Meet.

The cons of it are that sometimes we don't get enough students in order to sign up with the tutoring services.
