I've been working at Home-Tech for 10 years and have been able to grow within the company through compensation and promotions. Employee Ownership is really amazing. We get to know exactly how the company is doing, have our voices heard, receive dividends, and just feel proud to be an employee owner.

Sometimes it can feel difficult to get to know your coworkers outside of your department.

Horrible location have to listen to protestors all day. Management listens to you and watch you on the cameras. It’s really creepy that any company would listen to you on security cameras. If you aren’t family or aren’t ready kiss a lot of butt you won’t fit in here. There are disgruntled people you have to deal with depending on where you work. Overall would not recommend.
