      Well your not a number. If you need to be home for any reason they make it happen.

      Cons

      Well it used to be a lot better than it is becoming. They are controlling a lot more of are freedom of choice.

      Management extremely friendly they allow me to have the tools I need to do my job that I was hired to do and that’s all they ask in return do your job very seldom hear from them
