Many opportunities; experienced corporate management

Cons

Employees (not just me) don't hold owner and upper management in high esteem; don't feel they care enough about employees; only care about bottom line; don't appreciate employees that go above and beyond when something goes wrong; quick to pull the trigger.

Pros

It's somewhat uncommon for people my age to stay with the same employer for years on end, and I'm treated well, so I continue to give my best. I get to meet a diverse range of personalities and backgrounds. If I don't know how to do something, I ask, and am taught. Most are fairly compensated for their skills, experience and work ethic.

Cons

I don't have many complaints.

Pros

Decent work life balance for the auto industry.

Cons

This could be the most sketchy dealership group to exist. Unethical behavior, payment packing, stuffing products. No culture to speak of.
