Pros
The 401k is on of the best thing they have going on. So get in on it while you're there.
Cons
Very little or no wage increase. PTO is very stingy. Lack of good communication. Medical is expensive. HR is antiquated. Not sure that management cares about the wellbeing and happiness of the staff.
