Pros

The hours are very flexible. The pay depending on your position (companion, HHA or CNA) is reasonable. The office staff is fairly nice.

Cons

The hours are not guaranteed. So the hours you may have one week has a possibility of changing the next week. Some clients only want you for a short amount of time resulting in having to travel possibly more than once because of having different shifts.

Pros

Best Home Health company. They really care about their employees. They go the extra mile not just for all clients, but all the employees also. I highly recommend them for employment as well as home Health care for your family members.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end if you are not a Tier 3 or 4 level expertise. However, it is not a problem. They will train Tier 1 & 2 employees to level up to Tier 3 and 4.
