      - great people - awesome team-first environment - career growth potential based on individual skill sets and interests - as a small company, people wear many hats which allows for flexibility of roles and lots of collaboration & teamwork.

      Cons

      - client-driven workload means there are the occasional long nights & weekend work, but in my experience that's typical of agencies in the entertainment industry

      Remote work, benefits offered, a few talented employees

      Cons

      Poor leadership, company culture based in fear, average or uncompetitive salary rates, employer doesn't cover much re: benefits, tools (computers) provided are outdated and subpar, employer does not listen to the employees and gaslights the team at every turn.
