      Company still using a bunch of software and processes from over 20 years ago. Everything is done in Excel and DOS based systems

      Slow processing of IT help desk tickets (I don’t mind, it just means I get to hang out) No 401K

      Employees are dedicated to their work.

      Cons

      Upper/senior management makes poor choices and disregards what employees have to say. Not enough staff are hired to do the work in the time frame given. Chaos and large issues occur on a daily basis.
