Terrible - Anonymous employee Holzer Health System Employee Review

-Pay is terrible -No raises -HR department is worthless, any issues brought to them get swept under the rug and ignored. -Nepotism runs rampant, just take a look at the organizational structure and see how many last names match up -Way too many managers -Absolutely abysmal insurance and benefits, I worked full time and it was cheaper to NOT use my insurance for medical visits and prescriptions....working at a hospital
