They frequently overlook and ignore problems reported by non management staff. Management has no idea what really happens on the floors and the way they manage definitely shows that. Favoritism is also a big issue here, managers hiring friends or family and not even trying to hide the special treatment they receive. Some employees would get written up for things while the employees that were friends with management wouldn’t get written up for the same things. Long story short, they don’t care about their employees as much as they’d like you to think they do.
