Thank you for your feedback. We don't know why do you feel that the CEO exploits interns and why does it feel like a jail to you? Lot of your team members were interns when they joined and are now working since few years. There are so many opportunities to grow if you are hardworking. Please reach out to the CEO so he can solve your problems. The CEO answers to everyone and takes inputs from everyone whoever approaches him. Also please explain what do you mean by #4.
