The small, family-like feel to the work place. It is nice to build relationships with your coworkers and be able to walk over and visit different departments if needed. It is a laid back office environment representing a fun brand. Make no mistake, there is a high level of productivity that is expected. Teamwork is a big deal here. Lots of collaborating between departments. Great benefits are offered. As long as you do your part you will do just fine. If you are looking for a "just a job" job, this is NOT the place for you. Very fast paced working environment. You must be proactive and hardworking. This company requires you put in a lot of time and effort. If you slack off or procrastinate you will be found out quickly.

Work/Life Balance can become an issue with the hourly demands (in some roles). Be prepared to put in a shift.
