Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
Previously good opportunities to advance within the company, although that seems to be changing a bit.
They care about more than just making money, employees are humans, and values are real.
Cons
Employees are forced back to the office.
Nowadays too much middle management and too complicated procedures.
Team spirit is not that good anymore, everyone mostly working for themselves, not very social.
