We said upper managers seem to get hired by nepotism. (They are friends each other) There is no HR. Their HR system works only for the managers to protect each other. Their HR is very horrible. Also, there is a lack of transparency in decision making. They said they have a flat hierarchy but its a lie. The whole work process is seriously bad. Managers have a very old fashioned mindset with incredibly old skill set. They just want to hire smart people to cover managers incompetence. Without the mother company's backup, the company already went bankrupt a long time ago.
