Pros
Great people running the ground work. It's the hard working people that make the company what it is. Sadly it's lost many and will continue to lose more of these amazing ppl.
Cons
Australia has had a huge turnover of staff over the past year. Top heavy in management and the rest are left in dire need of more head count. No work life balance. Stressful trying to keep up with over bearing workload. Very little is given back to reward staff for efforts. Many have left and looks like more to follow. Staff are wearing themselves out mentally emotionally physically with little benefits or reward. Not innovative or forward thinking. It's very important to look after staff wellbeing to get the best and most and to keep them long term. Very sad to see
