It's a remote job, which in theory is good

highly toxic environment. No proper roadmap, no product design or management.

Personally, I was there for a 3 month project and had a great time with the team. Working with the HoloLens, you really how different it is to all other technologies. The company really lives their own product since they don't have their own office and simply use HoloMeeting to collaborate. They are fairly fast growing and therefore there are obviously some growth pains but for me the important part was that the team spirit was great.

Since it is a complete new technology, you will have to be passionate to learn it quickly
