Amazing discount! You get things at cost instead of a percentage off which is way better in my opinion. You get PTO and insurance and you can have a very flexible schedule you can build with the store manager
Cons
We used to get free lunches once a week but the company took that away recently. I feel like we always get tested with secret shoppers, we do well on the score but it’s annoying to always be on high alert when you haven’t had one in a while. Also it’s tough working pet sales in a state that has harsh winters. Last year we had a horrible snow storm and icy roads, we wanted to close early before it got worse but weren’t able to. Also we have a delivery car so customers aren’t that thoughtful when choosing a delivery in the snow storm or heavy rain.
