Besop (401K match) is the only positive.
Cons
Used to preach a great culture, but things started changing after covid and dissolving of Hollishares. Upper Management has become toxic, and the home office politics have bled out to the field. Schneider's Legacy is Dead. They used to empower their employees and allow for candid feedback in both directions, but now the communication is one way. There was professional development, but no longer. You are either in the club or out.
