Bonus distribution is not guaranteed. Company had holiday parties and flew upper management around to all offices within a week instead of distributing bonuses.

They purposely spread their employees way too thin which causes unnecessary stress
Software system is terrible. It should not take forever to finish a file for move in. It should take no more than ten minutes not 2-4 days
The pricing system is great for the CEO of course but angers the prospects. Having the price go up daily even when they are in the process of being approved is just ridiculous. I guess you don’t care because you are not the one with the applicants in your face upset about the rate going up after they reserve the unit. This gives the bait and switch impression to all customers
You have a leasing manager trying to do their own job on top of the managers job because he is out on leave. This is just unacceptable. The leasing manager does not keep anything confidential and gossips about the newer employees with their office bestie. Grow up!
