Pros
Benefits are outstanding and plenty of overtime with excellent job security after being accepted into union.
Cons
Its a union job so you just have to take what you get for work and shifts since its all seniority based. Its about 50% on the streets and 50% dock work. You will have to drive a Sterling sometimes.
