Pros
Pace of work is pretty relaxed. Middle management is awesome.
Cons
Didn't feel upper management/ownership had much respect for their employees. Didn't ever look at my past experience and micro-managed often. They couldn't remember names ever, either. The employee party when I was there was a guise for one of the owners birthdays.
