There's a new management team at the company, and you can already tell that they care very little about team members. In the 8 years that I've been with the company, things have steadily gone down hill quickly.

Training and coaching experiences can vary depending on leadership style. Success often depends not only on effort, but also on access to mentorship, tour volume, and real-time guidance.
Communication and expectations between departments did not always feel fully aligned, which at times created confusion around development and performance goals. During slower seasons, limited tour flow can also make it difficult for newer representatives to build consistency and momentum.
