      Ownership is approachable. Job site and office environments are good. A lot of experience company-wide to draw from.

      Operations and company standards could be improved to standardize approaches to work. This is in progress.

      Pros

      Very easy going and low pressure management. Get your work done and contribute as a team member and your career will be smooth sailing. Unheard of benefits - 100% paid healthcare for employee and family. Good work/life balance. A lot of internal promotion.

      Cons

      Communication can be a problem, but it seems to be the norm in business these days. There is an effort to improve this and create a leadership training program, which will really benefit HP!
