Pros
The training was very good, daily/weekly training to learn every aspect of the sales, although long 24 page script changed every other week.
Cons
Poor contracting with some States lead us down the drain in the sales, no products in certain states and we were laid off after open enrollment and not paying according to the sale scales they promised when hired.
