Love the flexibility and not having to choose between my family and my career. Family has always been extremely important to me and the stigma of crazy hours/stress involved in public accounting was one of my biggest concerns entering this field. So so thankful to be part of a team that truly understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance, no matter what stage of life you’re in. No issues with schedule changes to accommodate appointments, activities, etc. for the family. Other pros - - Relaxed environment; down to earth group - Variety of work throughout the year - Unlimited PTO - 100% paid maternity leave - Scholarship program to fund CPA exam fees and prep materials

Busier during tax season but weekly hour requirement is lower than competing firms (hasn’t been more than 60 hours and only February - April). Flexibility in creating a schedule that works for your family makes this much more manageable.

Benefits, shortened work week in off season

Doesn't treat women equal to men, promotes unqualified individuals, cares more about money than clients or staff, very unclear with expectations. Clients have stated they feel "like cattle being pushed through a lot." Work environment is very toxic. I quit voluntarily and it was the best decision I ever made. If I could give zero stars, I would.
