The paycheck clears on time, and there are a few genuinely good peers in the trenches trying to make things work despite the environment.
Cons
I chose to resign because this company is a dead end for top talent. If you expect your career to be driven by technical competence and hard work, look elsewhere. Advancement is strictly about "who you know," not what you achieve. If you aren't in the preferred inner circle, your ideas and contributions are ignored.
Don't fall for the "employee-owned" sales pitch either. Its just a smokescreen used to justify below average pay and lock staff into staying at less than market rates, rather than actually sharing the company's success.
Leadership prefers micromanagement and outdated methods over modernization and empowering their staff. You don't come here to build or innovate but just to survive.
